Fall Family Photo Shoot: Planning The Session
This family booked their fall family pictures back in November of last year. Every November, I do a Black Friday promotion where you can lock in rates for the following year. This year, I even offered a discount! This only happens in November, so my repeat clients know to jump on it. As a CT family photographer, I love being able to do this for the clients that have been so loyal to me.
I know that this mom loves her fall foliage. With that in mind, we always select a location based on the best foliage around. This year, we selected a new location and it was perfect for this family photo shoot. Before any CT fall family photo shoot, I drive around to find the best foliage. This family always trusts my judgment and I am so grateful for it.
After selecting a location, family photo outfits is always the next thing we tackle. This mom always tells me she’s not good at selecting outfits. But they always come out perfect! Fall Family Photo Shoot: Reminders
With young children, we have to keep them moving during a family photo shoot. As an experienced CT family photographer, I am used to keeping your family moving. You can also trust that I am keeping track of the sunset and getting all of the priority shots. If you have done family pictures before, you know that there is always a lot going on. That is why you want to make sure that your CT family photographer has plenty of experience with young families!
Overall, I love how this CT fall family session turned out. We were able to get the priority shots and a lot of fun shots in between. No one cried. And we were even able to include their new puppy! Luckily they brought their grandmother along to help with puppy management so that we could be as focused as possible at the shoot.
I absolutely adore this family and am already looking forward to this year’s session as their CT family photographer!
