FAQ: Can I book a mini session whenever I want?
Unfortunately, no. Mini sessions are only held on certain dates that are announced ahead of time. If you would like a custom session, this must be booked as a standard session.
FAQ: What is the difference between a standard session and a mini session?
My mini sessions happen periodically throughout the year. These sessions are announced by me about a month in advance, when I will share where the mini session will be held and what time slots are available. Mini session days tend to book very quickly, so if you are interested, you may want to join my mailing list to receive information a week before the general public. If you have a large group that is interested in doing a mini session party, please reach out for pricing and availability!
A standard session is a longer, more personalized session where I will spend about an hour with you and your family. We can work together to come up with an ideal location and you can expect to receive more images than you would in a mini session.

FAQ: Where will my mini session be held?
Your mini session will be held at a predetermined location, usually a popular family destination, park, etc.
FAQ: Can I bring my dog?
Definitely! Some of the locations are not pet-friendly, so it never hurts to confirm with me beforehand, especially for mini sessions. I have two pups at home myself and family pictures are never complete without your dog! Please be aware though that the presence of a dog can sometimes limit the number of photos you receive due to the added excitement a dog brings. That being said, we can plan your session strategically to make sure you get the images you hope for.

FAQ: I’ve booked my session…now what do I wear?
I get this question a lot! When you plan your outfits, try to think about coordinating, not necessarily matching. Moms, you should choose your outfit first – think comfortable and flattering. Maxi dresses are ideal for photo sessions.
Once you have chosen your outfit, you want to find outfits in complementary colors for the rest of your family. Are you feeling overwhelmed by the process? No worries! After you book your session, you will receive a prep guide from me, walking you through the whole process.
