While these sessions are strictly for kids, it will be indoors and the cold won’t be a factor. There is also no risk of being rained/snowed out! Studio Holiday Family Mini Session: Planning Your Wardrobe
Once you have signed up for your studio holiday family mini session, you will receive a prep guide to help you plan your session.
Prepping For Your Session
The week before your studio family holiday mini session, you will receive a questionnaire. This will help me get to know your family and your goals for the session.
The week of your session, you will receive an email with all of the details that you will need for a successful session. You will find out the exact location and other relevant details.
The day before your session, you will receive an email from me. I will remind you of all the final details. In this email, you will receive my phone number and the name and phone number of my assistant. These numbers can be used to call/text if you run into any problems the day of your session.
You will also receive your invoice for your final balance in an email the day before. You are welcome to pay online up to 48 hours after your session (no images will be sent or shared until balance is paid). If you prefer a check or cash, I am able to accept these payments (exact change, including sales tax, is required).
Studio Holiday Family Mini Session: The Day Of
On the day of your mini session, you will text my assistant when you arrive. She will let you know when you are able to come in (we will be cleaning and sanitizing between sessions).
During your session, we will laugh a lot. I love to get natural smiles from your kiddos and capture real moments, along with posed pictures for Grandma. I have a posing system that I use with all of my sessions that will make sure we get a good variety during our 15 minutes together.
Two Weeks After Your Session
Within two weeks, you can expect to receive an email from me with your online gallery attached. If you chose to purchase all your pictures ahead of time, you will be able to download them all immediately and begin to share with family and friends.
If you did not select the full gallery option ahead of time, you can choose to download your 3 images or purchase additional images. There will be directions in how to do this in your gallery. You will have one week to make your selections before your gallery expires.
There is a $25 fee to reopen your gallery once it has expired.
