Summer pop-up thunderstorms are a thing here, and as much as I wish I could control the weather, sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. If a storm rolls in, don’t worry — we’ll work together to find the best new date. Flexibility is key, and I promise it’s always worth the wait for that perfect light.

2. Simple outfits are your best friend.

For field family photos, you don’t need to overthink outfits! Light, neutral tones and soft fabrics photograph beautifully against the natural greens and golds of the field.
